If you are in need of a great workout for your spring break trip, look no further!
The team at FE has put together a workout which requires ZERO equipment, and will allow you to stay on track with your workouts while you are away.
This bodyweight-based workout is done “countdown style” with the first round of the 5 exercises being done for 10 reps. After resting to 68% of your maximum heart rate (or approximately 60-120s), you will complete the circuit again, but this time doing 8 reps for each exercise. You will repeat this with 6, 4 and 2 reps, being sure to rest in between each round as needed.
As always, be sure to perform a dynamic warm-up of roughly 5 exercises which will warm up your lower body (hip bridges, clam shells) as well as your trunk and upper body (T-spine rotation, wall slides, brettzel).
