We are here to help you figure out how to make fitness work with your lifestyle. Often we hear the excuse “I don’t have time to be working out for an hour”. Who said your workout needs to be an hour? We have a couple classes each week at Functional Effect where the workout is done in roughly 15 minutes. 15 minutes is certainly better than 0 minutes, and what’s even better is that in those 15 minutes I can guarantee you will get a great workout.
