Watch Coach Andrew and Dr. Tyler get after an awesome no-equipment metabolic workout. One more workout to add to your arsenal of body weight-only sweat sessions. This workout was filmed in the extreme Chi-town heat, and you will see by the speed of the “sprints” during the finisher portion that the heat can definitely affect you.
Have fun, but be safe: Please make sure you are well hydrated if you are going outdoors for this workout, and being very aware of re-hydrating when you are done!
