Let’s start by clearing the air: You are NOT being put on a diet.
At AKOS Nutrition, we don’t do diets.
Let us explain. A diet, by definition, is the act of restricting oneself to specific amounts or special kinds of food in order to achieve a desired result.
Herein lies the problem. DIETS do not produce long-term results largely because the behaviors necessary to produce the desired results (usually restricting and eliminating foods) are only maintainable for so long.
Whether it takes 6 weeks or 6 months, the willpower required to abstain from your typical daily routine will start to fade and old habits will start to take over.
