As a trainer, I can’t tell you how many times people have come to me to ask me if _________ diet is effective, or if they should try _________ program to lose weight. You can fill in the blanks with just about every diet or gimmick out there, but my answer is ALWAYS going to be the same.
The only way to find out if something is going to work for you, is to DO IT! I encourage you to do your research and find a SAFE program, but research will only get you so far. You must now DO THE PROGRAM! The hard work that must be put in, the day-to-day consistency, THAT IS THE STUFF THAT WORKS!!!!
Be consistent in whatever program or diet you are doing. If the program or diet you are trying to do are not maintainable, then it may be time to seek out the help of a professional who can help you create the blueprint you are looking for!
