A very recent poll shows that Americans have gained an average of 2.6 pounds per month since Mid-March.
This means that in the past 8 months many people have gained well over 20 pounds. At that rate, by this time next year, that could look more like 40 or 50. YIKES!

1. There are going to be a lot of people who will start seeking help in trying to lose the weight they have gained.
