Sarah Fischer- Reynolds.
Co-Founder of Functional Effect Nutrition.
Through experiencing her own weight loss journey, health challenges and autoimmune diagnosis, Coach Sarah fully developed her passion for helping others live their best life and reclaim their health. At nearly 20 years in the fitness industry, Sarah has evolved from a Group Fitness Instructor (while earning her undergrad degree in Psychology from Western Illinois University), to working as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, to practicing like the Holistic Health Coach she is today.
In 2010 Sarah opened her first facility, and currently owns and operates Functional Effect Fitness & Rehabilitation and her nutrition coaching alongside her husband Tyler, a Chiropractor who specializes in functional rehabilitation. Their gym is in the suburbs of Chicago, where they reside with their daughter Frankie and dog Berkley.
Sarah believes that mindset, nutrition and movement all play an incredibly important role in our wellness journey, and that there is no one “perfect program”, but rather a set of foundational skills we all need to learn…and then apply them in a way which fits your life.
Committed to helping her clients achieve success, Sarah has created streamlined, no-nonsense programming to take the guesswork out of getting healthy and resolving issues like poor digestive health. With overwhelm and frustration being two of the biggest reasons people fail at any health or wellness goal, Sarah believes in creating simple solutions to help you live your best life.
Straightforward and understanding, with a penchance to say just the thing you needed to hear, Coach Sarah will be leading the charge. As the facilitator of group coaching as well as the weekly education within the Facebook group, you will quickly see that Sarah will challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone and into your power!
